Terms of Service
This page has general informations about Picture to People Terms of Service. Such terms are valid since December 01, 2021. Anything other than the terms presented on this page is not valid anymore since these terms came into force.
The Picture to People project developers (also referred just as "the developers", "the team" or "we") can update these Terms of Service at any time without notice, and the most current version of such terms will always be published on this page.
If you use this website, or if you use any resource created or modified by this website, you confirm that you have read and agreed with the following:
Every resource (image, file, etc) created or modified by using this site is licensed according to our Use License.
It is strictly forbidden to block advertisements on this website, since they can help to fund the costs and keep this service online. Note that ads can be blocked by the browser, by browser plugins, by antivirus or by other security software (these security tools may come included with your operational system and be enabled by default). If we detect that a user is blocking the ads from this site, such user may be blocked or banned at discretion of the developers.
The developers can reserve any part of this site or any feature to provide as reward to Picture to People subscribers. We can change what parts and what features are exclusive for supporters without previous notice.
This website may require that supporters log in to have access to specific features. All users must access only the resources and features allowed to them and users are forbidden to share their exclusive rewards. If we detect that a user is sharing its account, password or any access data with other people by any mean, we can revoke the permissions of such user and/or cancel its account, so such user will lose access to any rewards.
We do not have access to your financial data when you subscribe to the project. If you donate via PayPal, only PayPal will have your financial information (such as a credit card number). If you donate using a credit card, you provide all related data to Stripe (a globally trusted company) that receives payments for tens of thousands of sites and companies around the world. You can learn more at www.paypal.com or www.stripe.com. Currently, the site we use to collect donations (www.ko-fi.com) connects to PayPal or Stripe services, depending on how you choose to send the donation to us.
We don't have a refund policy. We don't refund amounts already donated or spent by users with subscriptions in any case neither for any reason, but you can stop donating or cancel your subscription at any time.
This website may require some cookies to work, but the Picture to People team does not use cookies to collect any information from users. This website may use an ad provider to serve ads, and such provider may collect informations to deliver more relevant ads to users.
This website may show ads even to logged-in subscribers. Currently the rewards offered for donations do not include an ad-free experience on this site. We intend to keep the number of ads as low as possible, if we can cover all the project expenses by other means (such as donations).
The developers can send emails to registered users with informations related to Picture to People, and users must agree that such messages are not spam. We don't share or sell users data. Tipically the frequency of emails is about one message per month or less.
Picture to People project has a very tiny team to make all work, so the staff is frequently very busy or overwhelmed with many tasks. All users must request help or support by using the Picture to People Discussion Group. Only support related to account problems will be provided by email, and usually we respond in one or two business days. All other subjects, including technical support concerning how to use our online graphic apps, will not be answered by email.
All users must behave in a polite and kind manner when addressing the team or other users, whether by email, in the Discussion Group or by any other mean. The Picture to People team reserve to itself the right to not respond rude or unreasonable users.
Access to the Picture to People site is permitted on a temporary basis, and the developers can withdraw or amend the service provided on the site without notice. At discretion of the developers, the site access can be restricted or denied, or the site can stay offline for the needed time, for maintenance, upgrade, correction or any other necessary, unforeseen, supervenient or force majeure reasons. We do not warrant that the site will be available at any particular time or location, neither that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.
All information that you provide in connection with a donation or subscription to Picture to People must be accurate, complete and current. Users are fully responsible for all information they provide during the subscription process or otherwise. The Picture to People project or its maintainers are not responsible for any failure or problem caused by incomplete or wrong information provided by users.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by uses of your credit card, or other payment method used in connection with a donation. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any donation.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, Picture to People and the developers do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements; that the service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted, or error free; or that any defects or errors will be corrected.
All users must consent that any omission or situation not covered in these terms will be arbitrated and decided by the project developers.
